How bad is global warming, really?

I know people in both camps on global warming. Some are convinced we’re cooking the planet and don’t have much time left. Others roll their eyes at the whole thing. And both sides think the science is on their side.

But they can’t both be right … can they?

I’ve wanted to tackle this one for a while, and honestly, I put it off because it’s a minefield. The underlying science has some uncertainty, but there are real concerns about our planet, too. And both sides have spent twenty years weaponizing whatever data supports their team. Untangling the actual science from the politics takes some work.

So that’s what I tried to do. I tried to find out what’s actually settled versus what scientists are still genuinely arguing about. I also wanted to dig into the cost side honestly. Just because a threat is real doesn’t mean every proposed fix is worth its price tag.

This isn’t a hoax video or a doom video. What you’ll find is what I could actually verify, laid out as plainly as I could, plus my own take on where I land after all that.
