Episodes titles are broken after metadata update

First, I have encountered this problem by openning the TV Show and seeing these weird Titles:

After that, I have ran Refresh with mode "Replace all metadata"

and that seems to fix the problem:

But the weird thing is that if I run on libarary or the TV Show the refresh again with mode "Search for missing data", it again returns those broken titles.

For the context, I am using episodes naming from TraSH Guides:
