When to take profit??

I got in Keele (old b farms)s at a decent price and am up more then 100%, part of me wants to take some gains and put it in other stocks that are cheaper like soundhound or QXO. Or even sell and wait to buy back in lower but then my luck it rockets. When do yall take profit??
