Nose-to-nose docking of Orion and Starship for the Artemis mission TLI burn

During Starship Flight Test 13, at approximately the 27:30 mark, one of the commentators stated that the revised Artemis architecture has Starship HLS performing the translunar injection (TLI) burn while docked to Orion, rather than Orion performing the burn itself.
If I understood correctly, this appears to be a significant departure from the previously described mission profile in which Orion travels independently to a Near-Rectilinear Halo Orbit (NRHO), where it rendezvous with Starship HLS.
What changes does this revised mission architecture require? In particular:
- Does Orion still enter NRHO, or is the mission now using a different lunar orbit?
- Does the change affect the planned landing site near the lunar south pole?
- How is crew acceleration during the Starship-performed TLI burn handled, given Orion's seating orientation?
- How does carrying Orion through TLI affect Starship HLS's propellant budget and its ability to complete the lunar landing, lift-off, and lunar-orbit rendezvous?
If there is an official description of the revised architecture, I'd also appreciate a reference.
