Pros and Cons of starts up as a University employee (when your invention/IP becomes theirs - I will not promote)

Hey all, I'm trying to figure out how to proceed and would love some input. I work for a big academic medical center, and I've had an idea for a start up focused on MedEd for about 5 years. It was only last November that this became feasible to start actualizing via Claude Code (I code, not SQL/React ). I've been tinkering in my off hours on an MVP and I'm getting to a point where I may be able to put it in front of people soon. I spoke to IP folks and they said as long as it doesn't use university resource
