Looking for guidance making or sourcing this steel/aluminum extrusion?

Looking to get a hold of aluminum or steel channel extrusion like in the photo below. This particular piece is the inner mounting frame from a rack unit, but also used on the enclosure outer walls. Was thinking I could bend the 1/2" side flanges using a 24" box brake, but then I read that inexpensive brakes (below $1000) have 1" minimum flange.
