Dual Boot : how to incorporate the hardware partition used by windows into existing linux

I have a dual-boot Windows and Linux system on a 256 GB SSD. Half of the SSD's storage is allocated to my Linux installation (Kali 2025).
The other half is used by windows(10). I used two separate partition in order to slowly migrate to linux from windows. After more than a year of using linux, I no longer go to windows anymore. So now I want to discard the dual boot system. I want the ssd partition used by windows to be merged back into linux to increase storage space. How to safely do so?
