Derivatives of Spherical Harmonics

This poster presents formulas to compute partial derivatives of any order for the spherical harmonics basis. The key insight is that intermediate results from the usual evaluation of spherical harmonics provide everything that is needed for this purpose. Therefore, the computational cost is negligible.
