Pirate Site Blocking Is Legally Impossible in Bulgaria, Supreme Court Ruled

Bulgaria's highest court has ruled that civil site blocking is legally impossible under current national law. Bulgaria failed to properly transpose the EU directives that authorize blocking injunctions.
