Getting started self-hosting a coding AI and Agent driven IDE on Windows 11 with Qwen-Code, qwen3-coder:30b, Ollama and VS Code.

Hi all, This is my first foray into self-hosted agentic coding. I have really struggled to find a resource that helps Windows users self-host qwen3-coder:30b and use the Qwen-Code in VS Code. This is how I got it working from a blank Windows 11 system. I'll try to update this with any comments people have to improve this. These elements were chosen as everything bar Windows is free and most is open source. I have no links to any company producing these things, I just hope anyone wanting to try might learn f
