Trouble resetting npm password back to default

I have a small jellyfin server that I finished setting up last week. It's run on a raspberry pi I keep in my bedroom. It's my first foray into self-hosting and I'm really new to everything, haven't entirely figured out what I'm doing yet. I woke up this morning and found I couldn't connect to my domain, but running [myip]:8096 still worked. I tried to access the nginx proxy manager admin panel at [myip]:81 but it wouldn't accept what I could've sworn was my password (I regret not writing it down). I removed
