Port clashes installing apps on CasaOS and Umbrel. What's your actual fix?

Ok so im pretty new to all this. got casaos running on an old optiplex i had lying around and been poking at umbrel on a pi 4 too. the thing that keeps happening is i install an app and it just wont start. no error or anything, just dead. took me way too long to realize it was a port thing lol. had qbittorrent on 8080, went to add another app that also wanted 8080 and nothing, just sat there doing nothing. same deal anytime two things both want 80. on casaos i can usually find where to change the port if i
