unsnooze — auto-resumes Claude / Codex (and other AI CLIs) when the usage limit resets

I kept running into the same problem with long Claude Code sessions. I'd start a big refactor before bed, wake up, and find it had stopped a couple of hours later after hitting the usage limit.
