Jeju – Define local agents as manifests, not apps

Jeju is a local-first agent harness. You define an agent in one manifest: model, prompt, tools, permissions, evaluators. Jeju runs it inside explicit local boundaries and records every meaningful effect to an append-only trajectory.jsonl.There's a 2-min showcase (a real bug-fix loop) to try. It's early and experimental, so I'd love feedback on the manifest design and where this should go next.
