Help building a DIY NAS

I finally want to get my NAS/home server going but need help with the parts. I want to build it myself in hopes of maybe saving some money. I mainly want it for my jellyfin server, but also music and general storage. I don't know a whole lot about this but im trying to learn in the process. Luckily I have an i7-13700KF laying around I would like to put to use. I need help with the remainder of the parts. I've been eyeballing the Jonsbo N4/N6 for the case (and there is an N4 on marketplace for $80) submitted
