I'm disappointed by London Falling written by Patrick Radden Keefe

Let me start off by saying- he is a terrific writer. Gripping prose and I listened to the audiobook which he narrates in stellar form as well. I'm a massive fan of his previous book- Empire of Pain which is what made me want to pick this one up. It's the actual contents of the book that I find... lukewarm?
