Need some career advice from fellow designers because I’m feeling genuinely stuck. I’m currently working in-house as a designer for a manufacturing/pharmaceutical company. The pay is significantly above market for my city, which is a huge factor in why I’ve stayed. On paper, it sounds like a good job.
