California 911 network contractors break silence after state scraps nearly $500M project

After spending nearly $500 million taxpayer dollars to revamp California’s decades-old 911 system, the state has decided to reverse course and go back to a single statewide approach despite the project being 100% complete, according to the companies hired to build the network.
