[I will not promote] Startups and Green/Red Flags

• Posting for the first time here* Hello, I'm a new grad looking to interview/move across the company for a startup that just came out of stealth. I'm trying to see if things about the company are red flags or normal. The startup is run by an associate professor (at a VERY well known university).
