Skypier Blackhole: a single-binary DNS sinkhole (Pi-hole alternative, no web UI, no PHP)

I've been working on Skypier Blackhole , a small DNS sinkhole written in Rust. Same idea as Pi-hole: point your network at it, it drops queries for ad/tracker domains and forwards everything else upstream. The difference is a much smaller surface.
