As a marketer, what design skills should I learn?

I work in marketing, and lately I've realized that I rely on designers for almost everything visual. I'm not trying to become a full-time designer, but I do want to understand design better so I can communicate ideas more clearly, give better feedback, and be less dependent on others for simple tasks. If you were in my position, what design skills would you focus on learning first? Things like: Basic visual design? Figma? UX principles? Typography? Color theory? Layout and spacing? What's actually useful fo
