Can someone critique my website's UI/UX design?

I am building this website called Nikhara, allowing designers and creatives to share their work and use the brief generator tool to get some idea from where to start. I recently talked to 2-3 people regarding my website's UI/UX and they said it is "not so great"... I wanted a detailed critique review so that I can work on it to fix my userflow, interactions, and ease of use while keeping it uncluttered and good looking. Can you guys review the site?
