Is there a lightweight self-hosted Google Timeline replacement that isn't a whole container stack?

Since Google killed cloud Timeline I've been looking for a self-hosted way to keep my location history browsable, basically live tracking from my phone plus my old Takeout archive. What I've found so far: Dawarich, this is closest match feature-wise, but it's Rails + Postgres/PostGIS + Redis + Sidekiq. That's 4–5 containers and a lot of RAM for what is, in my case, one phone logging at most a few thousand GPS points a day. I've also seen mixed reports on import reliability.
