Planning to buy PC and Start Selh Hosted AI

Hi all I am planning to buy a brand new PC and below are the specs I have chosen. I am planning it for a self hosted AI setup and while browsing the internet I have lots and lots of services available to self host. For a beginner please let me know what is must needed setup from basic to advanced. Please let me know what are all the services or softwares needs to be installed and make it work for years.
