$HUBC Peculiarity

Has anyone been following $HUBC recently? Last few days share volume has jumped into the several hundred millions despite a total outstanding share count of 1.25 million. Users online claim 140% of shares are already held by insiders. It is without a doubt one of the worst companies I have ever seen. Afaik it is totally defunct (ceo recently stepped down, late on annual report filing, recent reverse split, etc.). So naturally, I bought 20k shares for the lulz because it was just too peculiar.
