Can I become a graphic designer if I can't learn Adobe atm ?

Hello guys, so I'm thinking about learning graphic design, because i'm really in need of money. I don't have a car at the moment, which limits a lot of jobs I can have, so remote work sounds the most realistic in my situation. I figured I’d learn graphic design since it seems to have a low barrier to entry, and it also offers the possibility of working from home. I also just like design in general.
