Faster deploys by moving legacy redirects to CloudFront

🫧 Open on Bubbles GitHub Actions deploys were taking three to five minutes. The site was pre-rendering more than two thousand static pages, and most of them existed only to redirect. Here is how issue #90 cut the page count in half and got deploys under two minutes.
