Screen printing design help?

So recently I have been toying with the idea of getting into screen printing to design clothes as a creative outlet for all the sucky stuff going on in my life right now, and I have a bunch of ideas, like an EVA02 jumper, a Sukunna tattoo hoodie, and an Asuka long sleeve (like those instagram ones) except I don't have a clue how to turn these into...stencils?
