I've been wanting to build a social site for TV shows and movies since the early '10s, back when I used to read reviews and get recommendations in Orkut communities. Less reviewing, more reading, but I loved that world. When Orkut shut down, everyone scattered - Facebook, VK, Reddit, Quora, a couple of others I don't even remember the names of - and nothing really replaced it. By the time I got into TV shows more seriously, all I had was IMDb, and reviews there were rare or scattered across communities that
