Asking for some advice on what should I do now [I will not promote]

Hey everyone, I quit my job about 1.5 years ago to build a startup. I was a Product Manager before, and I left quite confidently thinking I could figure things out along the way. Since then, I’ve built 4 different products… but honestly, I don’t really have much to show for it. No real customers, no revenue, no “wins” from hackathons or pitch competitions either.
