Verbatim – self-hosted transcription that turns a whole channel into transcripts + AI analysis (Whisper/Gemini, Docker)

I kept wanting to actually understand what a creator was saying across dozens of hours of video, so over the last few months I built a tool for it and have been using it daily. Paste a video / playlist / channel URL → it downloads the audio (yt-dlp), transcribes every episode, writes a per-episode analysis, and synthesizes it into one document.
