Last hours with Claude Fable 5: I feel like I’m using it wrong. What should I do?

I'm not a techie, nor a programmer. My main things are content creation (short form content) as well as e-commerce (running some side hustles). What are some things I can use Fable 5 for that will blow my mind? I've been using Claude for a few months and have a hard time understanding why Fable 5 "is so much better". Is it my line of work?
