if regular people own 60% of Tesla, couldn't we just vote together and run the company?

Stock idiot here, If we own more than half the company, doesn't that mean we're technically the boss? Hypothetically, if everyone on the internet actually teamed up and voted the exact same way, couldn't we outvote Elon Musk and the big banks?
