What should be in the RTRD etf

This will be my eventual career goal but I want to start a fund called Retarded Capital that manages a “retarded” & Vibes themed ETF one day. The ETF will trade based on vibes and analysts are only allowed to do 2 hours max research for each position with mostly AI on their phone (and no dcf allowed cuz it’s useless).
