Question on using Ai too much

I use AI a lot at work (construction industry). For example, instead of manually searching through specifications for a certain clause, I'll ask AI to find it. Instead of asking my senior every small question, I'll ask AI first. If I need to build an Excel sheet or dashboard, AI helps me do it much faster. The thing is, I've been getting really good feedback from management, but I keep feeling like I don't deserve the praise because AI helped me. It almost feels like the work isn't really mine.
