How does this value prop work? I will not promote

If my value prop is saving time on a manual task (not tied to revenue directly, just productivity + efficiency, freeing up X hours/week firm-wide) how should one price it since it doesn’t directly relate to revenue? It’s as if we bring them a total of 40 hours per week back, basically a hire (a hire would cost 100-125k/yr) Is it even worth pursuing for them unless their bottleneck is employee capacity to take on more direct revenue-generating work which they wish they could take on but can’t due to having t
