environment modules add new section with specific tools

I recently upgraded to 26.04 and before that I had a perfectly working environment modules. Now, everything seems to work but I'm unable to list specific softwares under a separate section. See below:

The vg/1.75 tool should live under a /usr/local/Modules/pangenome section — for which I already created the folder — but, for some reason, when populating it doesn't show-up...
