Why `systemd-nspawn` container can run only once?

Why when I do run a systemd-nspawn container after turning it off
I'm not able to start it again and I get an unavailable bus error instead?

I imagine it's probably a D-Bus issue but restarting dbus and dbus-broker
in the host does not seem to fix it.
