Sonnet 5 treats my custom instructions as manipulation and ignores them completely

Older models worked perfectly until Sonnet 5 came out. Now, all of my custom instructions about how to behave and how to respond to specific questions are completely ignored because it seems to see them as manipulation, like in the attached image.
