Can this open-ended question be salvaged by changing a sentence making the post less meta and more on-topic?

I was reading Opinion(s) on development with AI. While reading, the post was deleted. It had a sentence that read:

My experience then was that it was good for boilerplate and then I would code as usual (write, run, google for stackoverflow threads, repeat).

My experience now: stackoverflow and similar once great resources are dead -- pardon my french.

(possibly inflammatory/meta content boldfaced)

I didn't flag the question, although I almost did because it felt like more of a meta question. So, I wonder, can the open-ended post be salvaged by rewriting part of the sentence (rewritten part in boldface):

Now it seems less "meta" and more like that sentence is establishing some context for the OP's post. I have the ability to edit the post and undelete it (maybe just flag it for undeletion), but I wanted to check before doing so; maybe there was another reason for the post being deleted that I'm not aware of.
