How do you guys handle workspace recovery with Claude Code?

It's just me, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, and a stack of custom local loops. I’ve shipped over 580 production PRs solo this month, but my biggest operational bottleneck right now is switching to a new provider (and session limit) when I reach limits. Loops max out fast.
