Wat: now in Perl, Python, and Ruby, too

I'm delighted somebody by the name of "shadowcat-mst" has taken my Wat interpreter and reimplemented it in Perl. That really seems fitting. Wat now covers JavaScript and Perl - think of the possibilities!
