How do I find startups that are looking for a developers with low pay + equity? I will not promote.

I know about Work at a Startup, YC, and Wellfound jobs, but they haven’t really worked for me so far. I don’t mind if the pay is low as long as there is some equity involved, or even a mix of both. Are there any other job platforms or should I approach startup by myself ? I’m trying to find a role where I can use that experience while also learning more about the startup side.
