Apogee Rosetta 800 - Request for U24 FPGA Configuration EPROM Dump (Label 0103)

Hi everyone, I am trying to repair an Apogee Rosetta 800 unit that has suddenly gone completely dead. The main front panel is unresponsive and none of the command LEDs light up, although the primary relay clicks fine upon power-on and the optical outputs emit static light. I have checked the Mean Well power supply and all voltage rails (+5V, +15V, -15V) are present, accurate, and completely stable under load.
