How to remove an old shortcut in the action bar? Its application doesn't exist anymore, but I find no .desktop file about it

In my Debian 13 GNOME action bar (the one triggered with the Windows key), I have an old shortcut of Eclipse IDE, a software that I've removed long ago. But that still appears as an empty square, filling a slot...

I've searched many directories where I guessed this shortcut could be stored, but I didn't find it. Not among .desktop files, i.e.
