Tag summary suggested edits rejected without review

I edited some tag wikis and the summary of the tags as well while at it. I got the notification that the edits for the wikis and experts were approved, the summaries however were marked rejected. The items marked as "no longer reviewable", with no reviewer:i.sstatic.net/oJG5GqqA.pngi.sstatic.net/opGWE6A4.png
