DIY 8ohm Load Box with cab simulator and balanced line out

so here is schematic first of all here is a very basic layout then the cab sim part, which will be put inside a case which will be inside the enclosure shout out to Weylon, his original circuit. anyone spot anything which wont work, or better ways of doing this?
