Binance is running out of EU doors to knock on as the MiCA clock expires

Binance withdrew its only formal MiCA licence application in Greece on June 24, with Ireland and Latvia also having blocked the exchange's regulatory approaches. As France and Italy's legacy national licences expire on July 1, rivals Coinbase, Kraken, and OKX stand ready to absorb displaced European users.
