I'm not sure what BeReal is. Ring's primary purpose is surveillance, and you would have to use some horrifically tortured logic to pretend it's social media.

The rest of those are pretty unambiguously social media, though. Probably should have just stuck to the First Amendment argument. This particular one has all the hallmarks of shit thrown at the wall, in a situation that's egregious enough to not require any shit be thrown at the wall.
